I was thinking about this week’s come follow me. Moroni wrote a letter to Pahoran. Moroni was angry because he thought Pahoran was not wanting to send help to his army. You know that the scriptures say how awesome was Moroni. In Alma 48:17
17 Yea, verily, verily I say unto you, if all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men.
And yet Moroni got angry. It made me think of all of us, we are humans and have weaknesses but Heavenly Father knows us and our capabilities. Even though we are not perfect God works with us and can use us for His purposes if we allow Him to change us and transform us into a better version of ourselves. We may not be perfect but we are working towards that, every day becoming better. Moroni wasn't perfect but God had a plan for him, Moroni was a great man and leader with imperfections. We are all like Moroni, imperfect beings doing our best everyday to follow Christ and return to our Heavenly Father some day.
