Our 30th wedding anniversary

My post on Facebook on Monday, May 7th, 2018 read:

We were married on May 7th 1988. Today we celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. According to my journal Brent asked me to marry him on December 16 1987. I wrote "I love him so much, words aren't enough to express how I feel. I can't wait. I am the happiest woman on earth." It has been a wonderful 30 years, with its ups and downs, happy and sad but worth every minute of it. I am the happiest woman on earth. Happy anniversary to us!

Anniversary pictures hahaha

Conner is funny. I asked him to take our picture on Sunday the 6th of May after church because I wanted a picture for our anniversary and Brent was leaving that Sunday evening for his monthly business trip to Miami and wouldn't be home on the 7th for our picture. Conner took lots of pictures in sequence hahaha of what we were doing. I was trying to find a place on the ground to put my purse and umbrellas but there were too many aunts and Brent just held them behind our backs.

A relaxing but quick get away in Daytona beach

We went to Daytona for a quick and relaxing get away after a busy tax season and to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We had a wonderful time.
