BFF

Daniel is Conner's best friend, at least that is what Conner tells me ALL the time. Daniel likes to come over and play the wii with Conner. Conner loves to go to Daniel's, in fact we go everyweek because his mom is our piano teacher.


One more thing, I just got a new calling in primary, I am the assistant nursery leader. It is funny because that is one of the few callings left in primary that I haven't had. I have been President, 1st and 2nd counselor, secretary, chorister and teacher. I have not been den leader, activity days or pianist. I don't think I will ever be called to pianist although I just started taking piano lessons.

First day of school

Today the boys started school. Parker started 9th grade and Conner 1st grade. I have cried a lot today. It is sad, it hit me that this is the last time we send a child off to first grade.

The teachers quorum in our ward went scalloping on Saturday. Parker brought a few of the scallops home to cook.

Conner's new glasses

Conner got new glasses yesterday. He is very excited to wear them because Parker also wears glasses. He even wanted to buy the same glasses as Parker.

Summer Fun

On Tuesday my friend Katja and I took some of the youth from the ward over to the Animal Kingdom Lodge to swim. I had never been there and it is beautiful.

Also on Saturday we invited some of our friends from the Ward and the sister missionaries to our house for a BBQ. I was so busy making sure everybody was having fun that I did not remember until almost the end to take pictures.
