Our new office

We are now the proud owners of an office!! Now we are working to get it ready by the end of February. It should turn out very nice. I can't wait to see it all done.

Zarate's wedding

I visit teach sister Zarate and she asked me to help decorate for her daughter's wedding on Saturday. I love the color, it turned out very pretty. The reception was a lot of fun, they had music and dancing. Brent was sick and could not come, but I got to dance a song with Bronson. He loves to dance as much as I do.

I want to go on this cruise!!!

Juli and Glen's visit and Brinley on the move

Brent's cousin Juli and her husband Glen were in town and took us out to dinner. We had fun fun visiting with them.



Brinley is now very mobile and has to be watched carefully. She likes to go up the stairs.

Now WHAT!!!

On Thursday I had my physical exam (which I do every 6 months). I thought everything was fine until my doctor said, while listening to my heart, "I hear an extra heartbeat". GREAT, now I have an extra heartbeat. So I had an EKG done in his office and everything looked great! But he still wanted to do more tests. So on Saturday at the hospital I had an Echocardiogram, which uses ultrasound, it was pretty cool to see my heart on the monitor. I won't know the results for about a week. He also wanted me to have a Holter monitor for 24 hours so I went and got that done today. I feel like a Christmas tree with all this stuff on, but I think it will be good to have it checked not just for the extra heartbeat, he also is looking at my very low blood pressure (80/60 on Thursday) and how it might have something to do with being dizzy. Lucky for me I get all this stuff taken off first thing in the morning. I am so sick and tired of going to the doctor's office. I am so glad I decided to start exercising 19 years ago because I bet that is why I feel strong and able to fight all the weird stuff I have.

Dia de los Reyes/Three kings day

When I was a little kid I loved celebrating Three kings Day. I remember getting the grass and the water ready the night before. Our big Christmas was from Santa so for Three kings we got a small gift.

This year they got Bionicles. Parker goes to Seminary early so he was gone already when I took the picture.

Happy New Year!

We went to Universal's Islands of Adventure on Friday Dec. 31. We all really wanted to see the Wizarding world of Harry Potter. Unfortunately when we got there and after waiting in line I could not ride the "foridden journey", too many turns and according to everyone it just threw you side to side, up and down and would have made me too sick and dizzy. I was not very happy about that. But it was awesome to look at!
