General Conference October 2024

We were able to attend General Conference las October. Our Stake gave us tickets for the Saturday morning session and we took Ronan and Nora. We had a wonderful time!!! It was so fun to have the kids with us. The conference was amazing. We feel so blessed to have gone to all three Saturday conferences.

James picked up the kids and Brent and I stood in line at the tabernacle, hoping to get in to the afternoon session. We were blessed and were able to attend. Elder Schmeil gave the opening prayer and all the missionaries that served with him were so excited. Then we had tickets for the Saturday evening session that Alison gave us. I was able to see the Alvarado family. My friend Elder Alvarado spoke in that session so it was so fun to see him speak in person!!!

We saw Elder Gonzalez, he is our friend Daiana's father. I texted Daiana the picture. She was in Orlando and didn't go to the conference. Elder Gonzalez is emeritus. That is his granddaughter.

We went to a mission reunion of the Puerto Rico San Juan mission and saw many of my friends.
