Conner

On July 17 Conner played the hymns in Sacrament meeting. It was his first time and he did great!!

On July 24th Conner played the hymns in Sacrament meeting also and he did great!!!

On July 24th Conner received the Melchizedek Priesthood given to him by Brent. We are so proud of Conner. He is a great young man.

Sweden Trip - Part 10 (July 1st)

We left Gothenburg and headed back to Copenhagen. With not much time left we just drove around Malmö and took some pictures. We saw the building for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Brent’s dad served in Malmö during his mission). We saw the St. Peter’s Church and Malmöhus castle. Then we drove across the bridge back to Denmark. Tomorrow we have a long day of flying back home. We are thankful for this wonderful vacation.

Sweden Trip - Part 9 (Gothenburg June 30th)

Gothenburg. We drove to Fjaras to visit Mollie Herrey and her husband Joel. It was fun visit with them and then drive over with Mollie to the Tjoloholms castle. They live in a beautiful area near a bay of the North Sea. The beautiful castle was built around 1900 and has lovely grounds and views. Then we drove to a chapel in Gothenburg, it was the first area that Brent’s dad served in when he was a missionary. We then walked around the old part of Gothenburg and stopped to take a break and have some ice cream. As we walked to get dinner tonight we walked past the Gothenburg cathedral.

Sweden Trip - Part 8 (June 29th)

Today we left Stockholm and decided that we would take a small detour and drive into Norway on our way to Gothenburg.  The first two pictures are the view from our hotel room in Stockholm. We were near Old Town and our room was on the 7th floor.  The third picture is of one of the tunnels in the city of Stockholm, they have many tunnels under the city buildings. The next pictures were of our drive through Norway. The pictures don’t do justice of the beautiful landscape.
